About Charlie

I traded the pitch for the boardroom. The pressure never changed.

After 10+ years as a high-performance athlete, I moved into multinationals across advertising, airlines, FMCG, and fintech. Then life brought its biggest test yet — surviving brain surgery in 2025.

Now I help professionals develop the scorer's mindset: performing under pressure, reading the game, and leading teams that win together. Empathetic, curious, and optimistic by nature — I believe preparation is how you earn your luck.
